OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I needed new tires on our reach truck and I was looking for someone to educate me on our options. Gloria was extremely pleasant to speak with and even more patient with me while I tried to explain what I wanted. Mike, who was just as pleasant as Gloria, explained what the options were, what his recommendation was, and why. They had our reach truck up and running in no time! Gloria followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and I really could not have asked for a better experience. Gloria and Mike are an excellent team and they will be my first call when we need any service or new equipment.

We are a full equipment rental company on the North Shore. When our mechanic is backed up or having problems diagnosing a problem with any of our fork lifts old or new, we always can count on A.M.H. for helping us out. Mike is always honest and fair with what is going on with our fork lifts. Whenever we call it is always nice to hear Gloria answer the phone. She is always nice and up beat. Even on Monday's or when they are super busy. I would recommend them for all your fork lift needs.
Excellent Customer Service. Kept an open line of communication as to when parts would be available and the timing of service, etc. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Our truck is running like new and we couldn't be happier with the services provided by AMH
